Holiday Club Booking Form
We are now accepting bookings for October half term Holiday Club days. You are welcome to book your child on as many of them as you wish and equally welcome just to book them on to one. Complete and submit the below form to book your child on; spaces will be issued on a first come, first serve basis, and is open to children 2-5 years (up to 31st August following 5th birthday). Spaces are open to both children who attend Martlesham Preschool as well as other children in the community aged 2-5 years. It is only once your payment is received that your child's space is secured.
The holiday club will run 8am-4pm on these days. The children will require a packed lunch and drinks bottle. If you are booking for siblings then you will receive a 10% discount for each additional child.
We offer these sessions as part of your funded hours by way of a stretched offer agreement. Alternatively, these sessions are payable at a rate of £7.00 per hour, there are other options you can explore in gaining contributions towards the costs. You can use your tax free childcare account and you can submit childcare costs to universal credit for some reimbursement.
